You don't need to do anything to get started. Your doctor will contact us directly.
One of our network pharmacies will call you to start therapy, arrange shipment, and help you manage your condition at no extra charge. Patient care teams are available from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.
You will get personal patient support throughout your therapy. After-hours care from the on-call pharmacist is available to help you 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Care teams will help schedule your therapy and give you clinical support to be sure you get the most from your medication. They can answer questions about how to take your medication or help with managing side effects. They also will help you with your benefit and financial support if those services are available.
The pharmacy will ship your medication to you or your doctor, depending on who is administering the drug. If your doctor administers your medication in the office, it will be shipped to your doctor. If you administer the medication yourself, it will be shipped to you at the address you provide in private packaging that doesn’t indicate what is in the box. Shipping times vary depending on the medication. Our pharmacies provide free shipping on standard orders.
